NOTICE: This property was rented and marketed as suitable for residential and remote-work use. The tenant has been unable to live or work in the unit for approximately 10 of the 12 months of the tenancy due to severe construction disturbance (noise, vibration, and diesel fumes). The landlord was informed repeatedly and refused to provide any remedy or compensation.

Tenancy Addendum — Clause 1.1:
"It is understood that the Tenant will use the property for residential and commercial purposes. The tenant runs his own company remotely therefore needs to live and work here."
